Refunds cannot be given on our digital items due to the intangible and non-physical nature of these products. Once a digital item has been delivered or downloaded, the buyer has immediate and permanent access to the content, making it impossible to recover or revoke delivery. Therefore, by purchasing a digital item, the consumer generally agrees to the terms and conditions that state ineligibility for refunds.
